This is why staging your house prior to the photos is so important! Your house needs to put its best foot forward! Otherwise, buyers will eliminate it just by looking at the photos online.

 PHOTOS/DRONE:

As quickly as possible after receiving your signed listing agreement, we have our photography team in to take high resolution photos to capture your homes beauty. Every one of our listings receive a 4K drone video. This gives us the opportunity to highlight features that cannot be seen from the ground. Whether there is a park down the street or you are surrounded by woods we want to be able to create excitement in the prospective buyer.

 FLOOR PLAN:

An interactive floor plan gives us the advantage of helping potential buyers envision their furniture in the home. It provides the buyer with room dimensions and square footage, as well as a drag and drop feature of placing virtual furniture into the home.

 MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE: 

Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online computer network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit photos and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

 ON THE INTERNET: 

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com etc. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online.
